Benefits already

 Walking for 3 days and I am definitely seeing some benefits already.  First, my sleep is fabulous. My sleep is always good, but with a little bit of exercise it's absolutely amazing.  Second, my back is not hurting as much. Again, movement really helps these things.  Third, energy levels are up. I have been very busy these last couple of days and I know it's because of increased energy levels.  So yeah, just a few days of walking and I'm feeling things. Now I just have to figure out how to keep this up during the week. Today is Labor Day so we have off, but tomorrow it's back to school. I'm going to have to figure out something quick.  Today is kind of a catch up day. Hubby is golfing and I'm going to get laundry and stuff done. Nothing exciting, just normal stuff.  I do want to try a showstopper. I belong to this group and the owner creates these designs that she calls showstoppers. I took another walk

 Taking a quick minute to post here before I head out on my third walk.  So I took a walk on Friday and I took a walk yesterday and I can't tell you how amazing I feel. I have energy and get things done. Yesterday I got projects I had been working on for months finished. It's amazing. I want to say I sleep better too, but last night I had trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. I woke up like 3 or 4 times. Ugh!!! Of course, it could have been Hubby's drinking. He made himself  'a' cocktail and yet he managed to get a little drunk. I tried not to let it get to me, it is only one time in quite a while, but I will not stand for it if he starts up again. I just get so defensive when I see him have a drink because I know where it can lead. So that could have been part of the reason I didn't sleep so good last night. But I'm not going to worry about it until I see a pattern forming. I'm just going to make note of it and move on.  So yeah, I'm feeling am...
