Benefits already
Walking for 3 days and I am definitely seeing some benefits already. First, my sleep is fabulous. My sleep is always good, but with a little bit of exercise it's absolutely amazing. Second, my back is not hurting as much. Again, movement really helps these things. Third, energy levels are up. I have been very busy these last couple of days and I know it's because of increased energy levels. So yeah, just a few days of walking and I'm feeling things. Now I just have to figure out how to keep this up during the week. Today is Labor Day so we have off, but tomorrow it's back to school. I'm going to have to figure out something quick. Today is kind of a catch up day. Hubby is golfing and I'm going to get laundry and stuff done. Nothing exciting, just normal stuff. I do want to try a showstopper. I belong to this group and the owner creates these designs that she calls showstoppers. They are large, elaborate, and absolutely gorgeous. I have tried a m...
