Seems to be working
my big 3 that is. Every morning, yeah doing it at night hasn't happened, I write down the 3 (or 4) things I want to accomplish that day. Most days I've been doing it. Most days I've been doing more which is even better. It's not perfect but it's a good start.
Today is Saturday and I go back to school on Monday. I'm not completely sure how I feel about that, but it is what it is. I need to get some things done today for school because I plan on taking tomorrow off from everything. We might be having some friends over to watch football but even if we don't, I'm not doing anything. So today I need to finish up the laundry and get things ready for school so I can ignore everything tomorrow.
I've been moving a lot too. Walking the canal in the mornings and doing some strength training in the afternoons. I'm feeling it and I like it. I can feel the muscles in my legs and arms and back and it feels awesome. I'm going to fight hard to keep this going once we start back. I just need to be very, very organized and stay on top of things at school so I don't fall behind. As long as I do that, I should be able to leave every day at a reasonable hour. Also, now that pool season is basically over, I don't have to worry about Hubby wanting me to spend a half hour in the pool every day after work. I can come home, chat for a few, and hit my workout. That was the nice thing about going to the gym. I didn't come home first, just went straight there. Little chance of getting derailed or sidetracked. But I just won't let that happen. I'm going to fight for it. It is something I want a lot, so it's time to make it work. Also, I don't have to do it every day. I need rest days and I just need to make sure those rest days happen during the work week and not on my weekends. No matter how tired or worn out I may feel, working out will make me feel better.
Okay, I'm done. Not much more to say. Time to get my day started.
