The last day.....
Today is the last day of summer break. Tomorrow it is back to school for 6 days of professional development and then the kids return. Yay!! It's actually been a pretty good summer. I got some rest. I read some books. I got some work done. Overall it was very good. Very restful and relaxing and I think I'm ready to begin the new year. On the leg front. I have not been to the gym since Monday. On my last post, I said how my legs felt so bad after working at school on Monday. Well, I went to school on Wednesday and worked and my legs were tired, but did not feel like they did on Monday. Which leads me to believe that I just need to get used to being on my feet again. Looking at my steps; Monday 7,300, Tuesday 3.500, Wednesday 5.600. So Tuesday I spent most of my day at my desk working on school things. Wednesday I was back in the classroom moving furniture. Thursday I didn't put my watch on for most of the day so that is not even close. I have not been using the leg much and
