Setting some goals

So a few days of eating well and working out and I feel ready to take on a bigger challenge. I think I'm going to register for a triathlon. I am doing a 5k on July 4th which means I start running on May 1st - hence the WW and working out. A 5k in 8 weeks will be fairly easy. Today I was looking around and found out that the Tinman tri is on July 25th. It's an 800 m swim, 25k bike and 10k run. I know I could get up to 800 m swimming pretty easy, and I'm confident that I could bike 25k, it's the 10k I would have to work on. So here's what I'm thinking, I start running. Now. I need to work out the details but I'm pretty sure I could work up to 10k by July 25th. Then, on September 12th is the Na Wahine Tri. I am definitely doing that one. I'm excited to have some goals and races to work towards. Maybe I should look into hgh, I hear that can help muscles and such. I'm going to work up a training plan and see if it's feasible. I don't want to push myself too hard and risk injury. I also don't want to set myself up for failure. I have some thinking to do before I commit.
