IS IT FRIDAY YET??????

So I didn't log in yesterday because I was busy. I'm volunteering at the Humane Society and last night was our initial training. They want me to work in the clinic since I have vet clinic experience but the hours don't work for me. So I'm going again next Wednesday to train in outdoor care, basically taking care of the dogs that are up for adoption, and I'm hoping I can get into dog behavior - that would be cool. I'd like to get good at dog training for my own selfish reasons. Day 3: Wednesday went well. I did aerobics in the morning (Kathy Smith); nothing in the evening due to the above mentioned training. The training ran until 6:30pm and I was so hungry when I got out all I could do was get home and eat dinner. I thought I'd be able to exercise first, but clearly that didn't work. Day 4: Off to a not so great start. I got my new Palm yesterday and spent last night and this morning playing with it and getting everything I want loaded on it. SOO

Day 2

Image
Sunrise this morning. It was overcast and kind of dreary but still beautiful in it's own way. Right now it's pounding rain and there's thunder and lightining. I've really had enough of the rain; it's time to stop. If you look closely at the picture you can see the outline of Molokai behind the islands there. Also, right behind the coconut tree is the Kaneohe Marine Base where all those Marines were from who were killed in the helicopter crash. As for me things when well today. I feel really, really good. I feel light and empty; not hungry, empty. I like eating "clean" and the way it makes me feel. I selpt like a log last night and it felt really great. I didn't realize how badly I was sleeping the last week or so. Enough for tonight.

Day One

The first day went well. I ate Core all day and got my 2 bouts of exercise in even though I worked late. I'm stoked and feel really good. I like eating light, I have more energy and just plan feel better. I did step aerobics this morning and I'm afraid it's getting too easy. I think it's time to get realize that I'm not a beginner anymore and I need to get tougher workouts. Well, it's late and I don't really have much to say tonight so I'm off to bed....

Another new start....

Okay, it's time to begin yet again. At first I was angry that I had to start yet again. Then I realized that my "breaks" are getting shorter and shorter so I'm doing this fresh start thing more often. On the whole I think that's good. So tomorrow it begins again. I made my breakfast frittata and the 0 point soup and I am ready. I've laid out my new exercise program: Mon: a.m. aerobics p.m. Nordic track, weights, abs Tues: a.m. aerobics p.m. Running Wed: a.m. Aerobics p.m. Nordic track, weights, abs Thurs: a.m. Aerobics p.m. Running Fri: a.m. Aerobics p.m. Nordic Track, weights, abs Sat: a.m. Aerobics p.m. Pilates Sun: a.m. 8k Race p.m. Yoga Okay, that will take me through the week with exercise. As for the food part: 1) I will eat strictly Core this week 2) I will journal every little bite even though I'm eating Core 3) I will drink 3 liters of water eve
