I have successfully navigated yet another

Thursday morning. Thursday's are by far my hardest day and I tend not to get up and exercise on Thursday mornings. This morning I did get up though and put in 3 miles on the treadmill. Now the 3 miles were sad; I did not feel like doing them and they were really hard and I walked like 4 times but I did it!!!! That is a huge step in the right direction.

Eating is going well and I'm very pleased with myself. I have not had any junk food all week (except for some salty snacks on the way out to walk the dogs). I don't even feel like junk food. That is a HUGE step forward.

Today is my Friday, woohoo!!!! I'm taking off Friday and Monday because my friend is in town from the Mainland. I hope to do some hiking and biking over the next 4 days. That is of course providing it doesn't rain :(

Well, I guess I'll go get some work done. Maybe I'll get out of here early......
