The weekend is over

and I'm seriously bummed. I had a good weekend and would like it to be about 3 days longer. I really need a vacation.

So I woke up this morning all bright eyed and full of energy. I did 90 minutes of aerobics and then washed my car at work. It was great. I was going to go for a run this afternoon but my right heel and knee were bothering me; so I did yoga instead. That helped but they are still twinging. I'm going to take some motrin and lay on the couch and watch Desparate Housewives.

This week will be good. I'm tracking points; calories; and eating core. I just want to see how they all stack up. I also need to stay on track and paying so much attention may just help me.

Really can't pay attention while this show is on......
